Week 2 of my 28 Day Water Fasting Experience was when I really started to delve deep internally.
At the start of the second week, I was still quite social, but slowly started to spend more time with myself.
Much of my time by myself was spent meditating, and just enjoying having the time to look inwardly.
During week 2, food was still not an issue at all. I had no cravings, and rarely had any food-related thoughts come into my mind.
